Our commitment
Bayman Capital Partners wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how the site is built and maintained rather than a one-time task.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with clear landmark structure (header, navigation, main, and footer) and a logical heading order.
- A "Skip to main content" link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- Visible keyboard focus styles on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Text and background color combinations chosen to meet AA contrast for body text, with decorative gold reserved for large or non-essential elements.
- Descriptive text alternatives for the logo and meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields with associated labels, appropriate input types, and autocomplete hints.
- Responsive layouts that reflow to a single column on small screens and support text resizing and zoom.
- Respect for the "reduce motion" system setting, which minimizes non-essential animation.
- A declared page language and readable typography.
Known limitations
Some content, such as third-party embeds or documents, may not yet fully meet our target. Where we identify a gap, we work to correct it and can provide the information in an alternative format on request.
